    We will notify you within 24 hours with the tools you need to get started; we will then connect you with one of our virtual professionals to begin work.
  • I’m hiring someone, am I allowed to talk to them on the phone?"
    The most efficient form of communication with your 360Tasker Virtual Assistant is through the workflow management platform Asana. You will get access to add details of a project once you are matched with your VA. If a conference call is required, a Zoom call can be scheduled to discuss details with your VA.
  • How do I communicate with my 360Tasker Virtual Assistant on projects?
    At 360Tasker, we utilize the tried-and-true platform Asana to manage all tasks and priorities for projects. This not only streamlines clear communication with your Virtual Assistant, but it also maximizes an efficient workflow to meet benchmarks and deadlines to meet your goals.
  • What forms of payment does 360Tasker take?
    We accept all major credit cards in our Plan check out. While all methods are secure, you may also link your PayPal account to process payment.
  • Do I get to choose my virtual assistant? Would I be able to change my assistants if I want?
    If you are not happy with the 360Tasker virtual assistant provided, we can assign you someone new.
  • Where are the 360Tasker Virtual Assistants located?
    All 360Tasker virtual assistan professionals and personal assistants are vetted and hired in the United States of America.
  • How does my VA keep track of time?
    360Tasker uses a time tracking software to manage and track your VA's time on projects. You will have access to time reports anytime using this software.
